With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the painting industry, Dylan founded Hardaker Painting on the values he learned growing up in a family-run business—honesty, hard work, and pride in every job.
As Owner and Director, he leads the team with a focus on craftsmanship, customer service, and long-lasting quality. From high end residential projects to large-scale commercial work, Dylan is committed to ensuring every client receives the personal care and professional results that define Hardaker Painting.
Charles
With over 25 years of experience in the painting industry, Charles brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and craftsmanship to every project.
For the past 5 years, he has been a valued member of the Hardaker Painting team, known for his attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and commitment to high-quality finishes. Whether working on residential or commercial properties, Charles takes pride in delivering results that stand the test of time.
Matt
Matthew has been with Hardaker Painting as an apprentice painter for the last 3 years.
He brings a fresh perspective, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to learning the craft from the ground up. We have watched him not only dedicate his time and effort into painting, but seen him grow into a respectful young man.

Painting runs in the family for Vince. Taught the trade from a young age by his father Denis, he grew up on job sites, learning not just the techniques of great painting but the values of hard work, honesty, and pride in a job well done. With years of hands-on experience in the family-run business, Gorley Painting.
