This stunning beachside home was all about clean lines, natural tones, and a calm, coastal feel. As you can see, the view is incredible! The design featured cathedral ceilings, detailed joinery, and an abundance of natural light to frame the ocean views — and the painting work played a key role in tying it all together. Every surface, from the layered ceiling finishes to the custom brickwork, was painted with precision to enhance the home's architectural detail and bring a sense of calm, cohesion, and refined simplicity to the space.

Patonga Project
Set right on the waterfront, this five-bedroom home in Patonga was built for coastal living — with durability and design working hand in hand. Spanning two levels with generous outdoor decking, the house uses a smart mix of materials chosen to handle the elements without compromising on style.
Our role was to apply finishes that could stand up to the salt, sun and sea breeze, while still delivering a clean, high-end look. From inside to out, every surface was prepped and painted to last — and to look good doing it.

Saratoga - Eleven Project
‘Eleven’ was a standout re-paint renovation — a full first-floor addition paired with a carefully considered ground-floor transformation. The goal? To keep the lower level feeling open and connected while seamlessly adding a second storey that felt like it had always been there.
This coastal-inspired home was all about letting the materials do the talking. From the limestone cladding to the curved stairwell and micro cement ensuite walls, every detail was selected to elevate the feel of the home without overcomplicating it. We were proud to help bring it all together with paintwork and finishes that complemented the vision and let those features shine.

Copacabana - Lucia House
This architect-designed renovation completely transformed a once-dated family home into a fresh, functional space full of modern detail and design flair. Working alongside Trademark Building and the project’s architect, every finish was carefully considered — and it shows.
The highlight of the home is the expansive New York–style loft master suite, complete with a custom full-length steel awning window, dual walk-in robes, black feature accents, Velux skylights, and a 15m² ensuite that feels anything but modest.
From top to bottom, the space now blends practicality with strong design — every corner serves a purpose, and every surface looks good doing it. A polished, modern home made for real family living.

Macmasters Beach - The Shack
This coastal weekender was all about blending old charm with modern comfort. The brief was simple: “Keep it feeling like a beach shack — but with a touch of luxury.” Trademark Building led the way with an elegant renovation, and we were proud to play a key role in bringing the refreshed look to life.
The painting throughout this project was crucial in striking the right balance between rustic and refined. We worked with a soft, neutral palette to complement the natural textures of the new custom stonework and timber finishes, while keeping the laidback beach feel front and centre.
Inside, we kept things light and airy — brightening the original bones of the cottage and creating flow between each space. Outside, the finish had to stand up to coastal conditions without losing that relaxed, weathered charm.
The end result? A perfectly polished beach shack that still feels like home.

Killcare - The Clifftop House
Perched above the coastline with uninterrupted views, the Clifftop House is an architectural showpiece — and this repaint project was all about honouring that design while refreshing the home for longevity and impact.
Working closely with Blair Build, we approached this repaint with precision and care, focusing on clean lines, sharp detailing, and finishes that would elevate the natural materials used throughout the build. From the rendered walls to the internal feature elements, every surface was prepped and painted to enhance the home’s form without distracting from its minimalist coastal aesthetic.
With coastal conditions in mind, we also made sure the external coatings would stand up to salt, wind, and sun exposure — ensuring the home remains just as striking from the street as it is from the cliff edge.

Located just steps from the shoreline, the North Ocean Beach House is a beautifully crafted home designed for relaxed luxury — and this repaint was all about giving it a fresh, modern edge while staying true to its laidback, coastal style.
We partnered with Azpect Construction to breathe new life into the space, using a refined colour palette that complemented the home’s architectural features and natural surroundings. The crisp internal repaint brought clarity and light back into the interiors, while the exernal spaces needed a finish that would hold up in a harsh, salty environment without compromising on appearance.
Clean execution, sharp lines, and attention to the small details made this repaint a standout. The home now looks as fresh as the day it was built — perfectly positioned to weather the elements and age beautifully over time.

Copacabana -Del Mar Drive
This stunning home in Copacabana received a full internal and external refresh, with painting that was all about elevating the clean architectural lines while staying true to its relaxed coastal setting.
Internally, we used a soft, neutral palette to keep things light and open, making the most of the natural sunlight and creating a calm, modern feel throughout. Careful attention was given to the detailed timberwork and feature ceilings — every line sharp, every surface prepped and painted to perfection.
Externally, the coastal conditions meant durability was just as important as appearance. We selected hard-wearing, weather-resistant paints and applied them with precision to ensure the finish will hold strong against the elements, while still complementing the home’s beachside aesthetic.
The result? A clean, contemporary home that feels fresh, welcoming, and built to last — with painting work that does the architecture justice.
